What would cause the "Test" button to fail when configuring the Laserfiche security credentials in the LFConnector?

The most common causes are:
- The server name where Laserfiche is running was incorrectly specified
- The Laserfiche repository on the above server was incorrectly specified
- The Username was incorrectly specified, it must be "Admin"
- The Password for the "Admin" account was incorrectly specified
- The Laserfiche full client was not installed, tested and working on the eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC
All of the preceeding can be tested outside of the LFConnector by starting the full client that was loaded on the eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC and logging onto the same repository with the "Admin" credentials.
